Rachel lives with her family in Dubai. After several unsuccessful suergies for her congenital dislocated hip, the family is in despair. Rachel's mother had to give up her job as a nurse in order to take care of Rachel who has spent more than 6 months in a full body cast. The many previous surgeries have drained the family's financial resources and the costs for yet another surgery seemed impossible to the family. The Little Wings Foundation has decided to support the family by covering most of the costs for surgery. It is the family's wish to end this endless string of unsuccessful surgeries and return to a normal life.
